Everyday and hour of my life l am becoming accustomed to dealing with life in a positive manner. It is taken close to two years to achieve this phenomenal personality. Starting the mentoring course 16 months ago is what eventually started accelerating and giving direction to my growth I am more tolerant ,more relaxed ,more at ease with myself, more in charge of my own life, and I am becoming less and less enslaved to outside factors. I decide the direction of my own life and do it for the greater good.. Everyday of my life is planned, not to the last detail but l am definitely a better and more organized ,confident individual than I have ever been before. Everyday I wake up with a lot of optimism which surprises even myself. Starting to budget my income has given me power that I never knew could come from the simple act of just budgeting and living within my budget. It is incredible! My time management is better as l have found that it is the only way that I am now able to combine my regular occupation as a teacher with doing my weekly lessons and assignments as well as the kaizen challenge. After slipping twice or thrice and falling back on my assignments I am confidently back on track and better equipped not to slip again as I have become more and more consistent in my time management. I have paid off all my clothing store cards and cancelled them, I have paid up all accounts that I had with different stores and closed them. Anything that I have bought since has been on cash basis. I do have only the credit cards and an overdraft to be paid up and I have decided that since it will take a long time to clear I will consolidate all those debts into good debt by using equity in my house. When I do that I will get all I can manage and pump it and more back into my bond so that this good debt can be minimized to a level that I will be comfortable with and also so that I can have a real surplus instead of a phantom one. Then I will get into the real meaningful investment and build my property portfolio within the well and correctly set up entities. So l have a lot of planning to do especially with the entities but it is interesting how the kaizen challenge and my weekly lesson have given me confidence and a sense of purpose that I feel confident of accomplishing all this in good time. I am no longer scared of the future. My family no longer appears an obstacle to my goals. I have learnt to look at my family as partners in my quest even though they have not attended a single course as I have and yet they seem to be getting aligned to my aspirations. I can just imagine how much more positive they will become when they start learning what I have learnt and l am still learning! I can visualize my son’s …wow.. when he finally attends one of your seminars. Maybe I am now discovering the wisdom of getting my family on my side in the wealth creation process. Everyday l am growing and I think my growth is filtering on to my family each and everyday of my life and I thank you Hannes for opening up my life to all this and I have a very positive craving to share the opportunity with others in the hope that they will benefit as I have I terms of my mindset. I feel happy to realize that deep inside I seemed to know how important the mindset and our thoughts are in our lives but just required some confirmation and more clearness of my feeling from somewhere that Hannes has been able to give to me.
