Quite a number of years ago when you were still doing the full day free property seminars, I attended it. At the time I was between formal employment and looking for other options. What an eye opener it turned out to be! Apart from the practical advice you gave me, you also "turbocharged" me to take control of my life, something I needed sorely at that stage. I subsequently attended the property seminar, bought the software and also attended the powermorphing course - another eye opener. I am now part of the mentoring course and enjoying the journey. I consistently refer colleques and friends to your seminars and website to allow them to attain financila freedom. Alas, only a few choose to take responsibility and do something about it. I have also read quite extensively on property investment from a number of well known authors in the world and learned something every time. I could go on for a long time like this but I guess the salient point is that I have trust structures in place, have bought a number of properties, looking for some more, all with mostly OPM (other people`s money - the bank). I never thought it possible until I met you. Hopefully my story can serve as some inspiration for those who are not sure which way to go. As closer, the wealth I have accumulated in a very short 2 years already exceed the value of my pension fund into which I contributed for more than 20 years. My pension contributions have grown by a "staggering" 14% on average over the period, completely insufficient to retire on as a salaried person. I still work formally to generate disposable income until I reach a point where the property investments will allow me to do as I please. Interestingly enough I explained your "Mercedes principle" to my eldest daughter as part of her "financial intelligence" training. By applying it she has already saved a large amount of money, whilst still having a good lifestyle and reasonable expenses. Now that the habit is formed, she now "coaches" her friends on sound financial management and how to work with money (she is only 21years old). She is getting ready to become an investor as well and have the correct mind set. This was only possible due to the value of your teachings!
