I found it very interesting and thought that I now knew a lot about property. I registered on the "property on auction" website and every Monday evening thereafter scrolled through all the listings on the website. I just gathered information but didn’t really know how to use it to my benefit, because I jumped the gun - I didn’t invest in myself... Here is my story: I am a dentist and worked as a slave in my practice since 1997. No work, no pay was the motto, so I really didn’t have the time even to spend a well-earned holiday with my family. A total unbalanced life. This changed on 18 March 2006 when I fractured three vertebrae in my back as a result of a karate injury while practicing for a forthcoming competition. Suddenly I couldn’t work and while recovering in hospital and later at home I realized what important lesson Hannes taught us on that first free seminar - to live a life in abundance you must have balance in every aspect of your life. I decided there and then to register on the Mentoring Course and started investing in myself. I am now in week 11 and after attending the Powermorphing Course at the end of May 2006 a miracle happened. The Sunday evening after the course I started going through the course material. It was 7pm and when I was done, it was 1:30 the following morning. I woke at 5:15 and had this amazing positive energizing feeling that nothing could stop me. At 8:30 the same morning I got a sms from a total stranger, wanting to buy a property I own that is a total cash negative investment (-IRR). It was one of my goals that I set the previous evening to sell this property. Needless to say, I called him and arranged all the paperwork to sell. After I hung up the only thing I could do was to shout out load YES!, YES!, YES! and to the amusement of my wife, staff and patients that thought that I won the National Lottery. It was like magic that happened, something I can’t explain. I now have more time for my God, myself, my wife and my son and want to thank you Hannes for this powerful tool to help me to reach my full potential.
