I enjoyed it immensely and know that I did learn more in a day than I have done in any singular month in my life ever. I can say this with ease, as what I really learnt was to think. Your favorite expression was ‘think outside the box’, yet besides that, I learnt just how to think. As you know I am on your mentoring programme, and am enjoying that immensely too. That has opened my mind up to a lot more, and I am beginning to see and view the world in a completely different light. On the plus side of things, I have given up smoking, and have a strong mental side to keep that at bay, I have started exercising and have noticed weight dropping, increased vigour, and that has given me a definite spring in my step. People have asked me why I am so positive and happy of late, and this is due to my changed mindset I am sure. I have renewed focus on my life, which I can only remember having when I was leaving school to join the merchant navy, and was setting off to sail the world, at a very young age. If you can imagine a 17 year old, standing on the bridge of a ship, sailing out of Durban Harbour, the Bluff passing on the starboard side, people waving from North Pier, and the ship heaving into the swell as it sets sail to journey to foreign lands. Well that is what I feel like right now, ready for this adventure into changing my life. Anyway Hannes, one thing that stuck in my mind, was that you mentioned that you had promised your wife that she would become dollar billionaires. To this end I attach US $61-00, the last dollars I have (I have rands and pounds still). When you are $60 dollars short of your target of $ 1 Billion, take the $60 I have given you so that you can reach your target. Immediately thereafter, add the extra $1, as the start of your next billion.
